About Me

Colonel Rajiv Bhargava

Leadership Development Faculty | Executive Coach | Narrative Specialist

A career soldier turned Leadership Development Faculty, Narrative Specialist and Executive Coach with over two decades of leadership experience in the Indian Army, where I commanded a battalion of 1000 men and taught tactics, leadership and strategy at the Army War College and Army Air Defence College.

As Visiting Faculty for Executive Education at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and empanelled faculty at Emeritus, I teach Leadership, Executive Presence, Personal Branding, and Narrative Building. I've been mentoring at ISB for 13 years and guided action-learning projects for over 50 students.

I leverage my vast leadership experience to design, develop, and facilitate courses and workshops on leadership, business storytelling, data storytelling, brand storytelling, and developing executive presence. As an Erickson-accredited coach certified in EQ-I 2.0 administration, I engage one-on-one for executive coaching.
